An ERC-20 token that serves the dApp GHTV as the "gas" of use for the Trust Verification process on the G-Verification platform.
Global Human Trust Data (G-Data)
G-Data is a data science project that builds the big data of any person/object in the world to create the fundamental data vault for the Global Human Trust Verification process.
The data of a person can be extracted from various sources (officially and legally).
The data vault (G-Data) will be secured by advanced cryptographic techniques to protect the privacy of users.
Global Human Trust Verification (G-Verification)
G-Verification is a decentralized application built on top of Etherum blockchain (using Solidity as the main coding language) to allow corporate and government clients to verify the Trust Record of any person in the world by inter-connecting with the G-Data platform.
The Trust Verification process will require GHT Token as "gas" for actions, including Verify, Endorse, Blacklist, Ament, etc. on the Trust Record of a person/ an object.
The users who participate in the Trust Verification process will receive GHT Token as reward for their cooperation in building the Global Human Trust Network.

In March 2020, the FMA issued new cryptocurrency guidelines and, as long as the tokens do not present any of the characteristics that the New Zealand’s Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (FMC Act) sets out for its four types of financial products (debt securities; equity securities; managed investment products and derivatives), then they will be considered as “utility” and not be subjected to the full regulation.

However and regardless of who we will sell or place our GHT tokens we will still comply with the “fair dealing requirements” under Part 2 of the FMC Act, to show our transparency and values, and respect.
